Frankie Fang is a cuisine designer, food painter, and interdisciplinary art performer from Taiwan. In 2018, she began representing chef Jamie Oliver at Jamie’s Italian Taiwan, marking the start of her journey as a passionate advocate for food education, sustainability, and conscious eating.

Following chef Charles Michel in 2022, Frankie’s work centers even more on the belief that food is a powerful connector—between people, cultures, and the planet. She blends culinary design with visual and performance art to create immersive dining experiences that engage all the senses. Her events explore the emotional, sensory, and ecological impact of food through sound, scent, texture, and visual storytelling.

Drawing on diverse global culinary traditions, Frankie infuses her creations with cross-cultural depth and meaning. She advocates for mindful cooking practices, zero-waste principles, and the full use of each ingredient, promoting small daily changes that lead to a healthier, more sustainable world.

As a food painter and performer, she views food as a medium for care, expression, and healing. Her mission is to nourish both body and soul—transmitting positivity through every dish and inviting others to reimagine their relationship with what they eat.
